Return Policy

REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a refund after recieving your item.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind or wish to exchange for a different size, you can return your item for an Exchange or Store Credit provided that the item(s) meet our Return Conditions. If the item does not meet our Return Conditions, it will not be accepted upon return and you will be notified via email. 

The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the item. 
Until the returned item(s) reach our facility, they remain your responsibility and property. 

Please note, we cannot hold products for exchange, so we advise that you send your return promptly to ensure that you receive your exchange items without delay. 

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, including during promotional events. 

CONDITION FOR RETURNS
Please ensure your parcel is packaged correctly to ensure there is no damage during transit to our warehouse.
In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return, it must meet the following criteria:
  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached. 
  • Clothing must contain no pet hair, make-up, fake tan marks, glitter and must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant and any washing powders. 

FAULTY ITEM(S)
If you believe that an item you have purchased from SH Collection is faulty, please contact our supoort team within 10 business days of receiving the item. This means sending us photos via email, in which we will examine and for any faults. In the event that the item is faulty, we will provide an exchange, subject to stock levels. If the product is unavailable, we will offer you store credit. 
We will not accept any faults after this time period. We appreciate your understanding to this policy. 

STORE CREDIT
Your store credit will become active once we have recieved your item and we have emailed you to confirm it is all approved. 
Please allow up to 2 weeks for this process to be finalised. 
Stored Credit is issued via a Discount Code on the webiste which will be only unique to you and not accessible anywhere else. 
Credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are non-refundable.
